A good service from one of the technicians in Durban office

I believe in 2017, my laptop broke down and a technician named Sizwe I forgot his surname but he was a well spoken gentle man he actually fixed my laptop perfectly, before him I had reported the same fault a couple of times but no one was able to fix it, I was very happy with his service and I tried calling at the Durban office but I was advised he was not available, I am not sure why but I wish they could actually bring him back for the sake of the customers !!!
