INCREDIBLE SAND POOR SERVICE

The service is terrible that you get from this company. I bought bricks and sand from them and received the sand very fast but it has been 3 weeks where they don't get back to me regarding the bricks. I have to keep calling them and then they say they will get back to me but never do. When I question them on the arrival of my bricks they say they don't know when it will be delivered but it is on schedule but never gets dropped off they are full of explanations when they say they will come a curtain day and don't come that their trucks are broken or it is standing at the factory to pick up bricks. I read some reviews on google and it seems that a lot of their customers have the same problem this company is very unprofessional. they make empty promises they also said that the day after the EFT shows in their account the products will be delivered but 3 weeks later and still no products!! someone please assist.
