*****ULENT ACTIVITY!!!!!!!!

Incredible connection-southgate mall your customer service is beyond disgusting!!the consultants have no idea what they are doing (Jabulile Zulu) in paticular, they don't have the proper access to the systems to properly assist you.The supervisor on duty (Manugu) is the worst person to speak to, she cut the call on me twice when she could not provide me with the proper information for a contract that this store had done *****ulently on my name.zero care what so ever!! When I requested her email and contact number for the head office or her superior she swore and cut the call. She refused to help me and did not call me back with any type of feedback.The response I got was call vodacom Customer care.Why should I call vodacom customer care? when the *****ulent activity happened in this store!!!Utterly pathetic and disgusting behavior from this store, especially the supervisor (Munugu). The store deserves a 0 star!!!
