Incredible money protea glen

My Samsung 48" TV that I bought with R8000 was looted at incredible money store protea glen last year july 2021, to cut the story short they tell me about insurance hasn't paid them when I ask for compensation they offer me R500 that's insane, clearly they won't find the exact TV because it was discontinued in the market, please help me get fair compensation or another TV
