Gateway incredible connection

Gateway incredible connection is the worst store ever to go to.. The service be it on the phn or u visit the branch is terrible.... I hope Der is staff training on hw to treat your customers. I have apply online for an account so I was sent a message to visit the store at gateway which I did. When I went the 1st day it took more then an hour an I was told all is good will get a call later in the day to confirm so I waited the whole day an I called back to find onky to be I need to come back to comply application.. Which I did so upon going the second time I had to wait casue the lady named Penny was busi wit so many customers an she den asked anoda lady to help me her name is Nikita if I'm not sure I'm a customer sitting in front of her but the phones rings she takes the call speaks for about 10 minutes then tells me sori it's head office I seriously thinks it's veri rude be it head office u have a customer in front of u some1 can do it.... Den the Manger comes an tells her that she will take over the application she must go cash an ask me if it's OK so coz she said she will take over I agreeded.... Whn she gets to the computer she tells me the manger now that the lady she sent will be cashing an doing my application be patient it will be 1 or 2 customers in between so I said again OK she den goes an I said onky for the other lady to come back den be called to cash it was a whole process until the lady Penny came bck an completed the process an den she said will call me back again waited the whole day nothing until I called back again only to be she will call me in abit she's busi an she never did.... So I called again today only to be told shes not Der an when I asked the guy if he can help me he's says but I told u she's not in... So does everything revolve around Penny or is Der other staff dey he transfers my call an no 1 picks up lyk half the day it's so ridiculous I suggest guys take ur business somewer els wer u can be treated well as for the Manger of the gateway I seriously thinks she's need to re go for customers training coz in a sales environment I think it's not the place for her... She can't handle her staff wats so ever
