Unprofessional behavior

We moved out 30 August 2015 from one of their units. We paid R6000 deposit and waited 5 months for them to fix the place. After we moved they accused us of causing the damages to the unit. With proof we showed them that it was the previous lady. Still they only paid out R600 of the deposit. We have been fighting to get the rest back but if we call them, they put the phone down in your ear after screaming at you.
