Incredible Homes Pretoria - Absolutely Disgusting - Stay Far Far Away from These People

I am currently in the process of renting a simplex through Incredible homes.

I signed the lease agreement and paid my rent and deposit. The agreed date for occupation was the 15th of September.

On the 14th of September we did the inspection, and found the home to have a very severe ****roach infestation, as well as many other issues such as broken doors, damp problems etc.

I did not accept the unit in that condition, as one cannot be reasonably be expected to live in those conditions.

I do not have the keys as of yet and I am yet to hear from Incredible Homes on a resolution to the matter despite emails to them almost daily.

I have asked to be refunded as it is now the 20th of September and I am still without my refund and I am still without an reasonably habitable home to live in.
