****** that don't want to pay out my rental deposit

I used Incredible Homes to rent out a Bachelor flat for 1 year from 1 Feb 2018 until 31st Dec 2019. When I moved in there were a couple of issues with the flat and raised all of them with the agent. for instance the shower needed to be de- stained but they never came to fix that. I never used the oven because it was not in a good condition, still they promised to come but never came. I moved out and did the inspection. Because the agent was aware of all the issues, she said that everything else looks the same but we gonna need to paint. I was okay with that. They kept quiet since that day and today i write to them asking for my deposit. I am being told i owe them R990. They have a long list of things i need to do, they very much aware of the state in which the apartment was but now they refusing to take responsibility. they tell me about a child marking on the door. Mind you, i don't even have a child and that mark was there when i moved in.

These people are ***** and ****** and refuse to any any responsibility. They are charging me R3000 to paint a bachelor flat. How is that even possible? and why didn't they communicate all this so that i be given an opportunity to paint for myself? They are ******* who refuse to give me my share back.
