AWFUL EXPERIENCE

What an awful experience! In all my years of renting, I've never been treated with such disrespect as I have by Annelize and Gareth from Incredible Home. They may seem attentive during the initial inquiry stage, but once you're a tenant, everything changes. They consistently delay repairs for months, only responding when you threaten to deduct the costs from your rent. I've had ongoing issues with my cupboard drawers, and every time they send Gareth, who clearly doesn’t know how to fix them only for the problem to return within days. They are unresponsive to calls and emails, showing a complete lack of care. Now they’re withholding my deposit and continuing to ignore all attempts to contact them. Avoid using them as your rental agency if you value peace of mind!
