incredible families a bunch of ****mmer

This has to be the worst ****ming entertainment company ever. They hosted a family picnic in durban on the 30/9/23 i had purchase a family package online for R550 upon arriving at the we were turned away based on he fact that it was overcrowded which didn't make any sense as the tickets we presold. A day after i contact the company spoke to Tumi and i clear advised i wanted a refund she advised they are still liasing with their stakeholders. There has been no follow up from the company i always have to reach out via whatapp of which most days they don't respond to. I have called multiple times still no solution i have recently been speaking to a guy by the name of Worship of which i think the whatapp belongs to him and he promised to get back to me on Monday of which he had not and i had to follow up again only for him to say the option they were offering was complimentary tickets. Which i have preciously stated to him i will not be able to take complimentary ticket as this is an inconvience for me as i would have additional cost that they will not compensate for as i did not plan or budget for a do over. The company is very unprofessional and have no level of respect for client
