I want my money back

They hosted Durban family picnic and kids carnival... The event was horrible, So disappointed. We posted on their post to Facebook but they deleted off their page as well.

The organisers were greedy and didn't have a limit on the number of tickets. The place was overcrowded. The pools were dirty and the older kids were jumping on and hurting the younger kids in the jumping castles.

Kids couldn't play games, they were told to find something else to do because there are already too many children. They didn't get to play a single thing. Water was dirty and those crowded jumping castles either. We ended up leaving within the hour we arrived and went to the UShaka Marine because the kids were so disappointed and couldn't do anything. We had to pay another money at UShaka just for the kids sake but my R550 tickets for the event was waisted, I need my refund ASAP, I sent them an email even sent WhatApp messages with my ticket details n bank details but no one is responding or taking accountability
