Zethu Nene, you deserve a 0 star

I was in store at Pinecrest and I spoke to a consultant named Zethu Nene and she was so rude. Firstly I waited for an hour for her to get there and when she finally got there she told me that they are out of stock despite the fact that her colleagues told me they have stock and I just have to wait for her. I told her I was disappointed and she asked me "do you think you will qualify" with a straight face while watching tiktok on her phone. I am highly disappointed with the service I received and I will never ever visit that store.
