Zero service & assistance

I wanted to buy another Apple Watch and tried the Sandton City branch. However we walked out in frustration and disgust as simply no-one assisted us! No one.

Then we went to Eastgate and tried your store there....... guess what? Exactly the same experience!!!

So we’ve walked out of 2 different stores and bought two watches from iStore instead!!!
