Zero Customer Service & Zero Reliability

I placed an order on 04/04/2022 which was supposed to be delivered in 2-5 working days. To date I have called Incredible Connection 4 times and I still have not received the delivery nor are they able to tell me if they will be able to deliver. I logged a complaint on 12/04/2022 and indicated I will write a review if they do not respond within a day. I later received a call from the Clearwater Mall Branch Manager who indicated that he would establish were the goods are. To this end I do not know whether I will receive the delivery or not but I know for sure I will never purchase anything online from Incredible Connection. Their customer service is less than pathetic! I would rather spend more elsewhere where I will be guaranteed proper customer service.
