Zero Customer Service

I ordered online, and when following up 5 days after order, they could not even tell me which courier has collected the parcel and when delivery will be, when asked for tracking number all I got was the order number and was informed one of 3 couriers could deliver. It took me having to phone all 3 couriers to try and trace the parcel, their client service simply not interested.
