Zero after sales service and faulty phone.

Bought a Samsung phone at Incredible Connection. Basically from the start had problems. Went back. They wouldn't do an exchange, wouldn't give me a loan Phone (I need a phone to work). Told me I have to give phone in so that technicians can look at it "but sorry, there goes the technician- he is done for the day". Very frustrated.
