Your package won't arrive and you won't be refunded.

If I could rate it 0 I would. I ordered a couple of products in April, they didn't arrive for the whole month even though I was promised 3-5 business days at the time. I expected it to be slightly late because of covid-19 but nothing to this extent. Then I cancelled the order on the 31st of may so I could try to get these products from somewhere else. Their "refund policy" states that I should've got my money back within 7 working days. It has now been almost 3 weeks since then. I would not recommend buying anything from them as they are unreliable and it seems very much like a **** at this point.
