You sold me a used monitor!!!

I placed an order online: ORDER NUMBER : #*** for 2 X LG Gaming Monitors and a HDMI cable;

1. No Tax Invoice received 2. The HDMI cable still hasn't arrived, 4 days for a cable! 3. YOU SOLD ME A USED SCREEN!!!!!!!

One of the boxes had a monitor in that was pre-used!!!!!!! How do I know this, because in the one box, everything was as it should be, in the other all the wires were removed from their packaging and all the tear-offs had already been removed!

You should be ashamed of yourselves!
