**********. Don't buy from incredible connection online. Purchased products to the value of R18000 before black Friday. Free delivery between 3-5 working days. Meanwhile almost 2 weeks later endless phone calls and still no tracking number. Not even an email or a ticket to apologize or explain when they will deliver. This is the worse service I've experienced from an online store... On the other hand they are still selling the same product online but don't even have the stock to fulfill my order. Feel like I've been ******, - 18k no tracking number, no refund and no explanation from them. Save yourself the headaches and just AVOID buying from them.
