XIAOMI TV STICK

We bought a XIaomi TV Stick, from incredible connection at Richardsbay Inkwazi Mall, INVOICE NO: ***

During 28th March 2023. it only functioned for a month, and failed to pair with its remote control, I tested with another remote since I have two Xiaomi TV Stick at home, I took the one that is to date is working and use it to testm and it did not respond, then I took the device back to Incredible connection, and they said they will send it back to their supplier I think XIAOMI SA, few weeks incredible connections called to say, their supplier says we must but a new remote, is it the remote that is faulty, I told them that I am not buying any remote because it is their device that is fauly it is not pairing with any remote, they never came back to us, until we went to the shop on the 25/04/2024 to enquire, and they gave me back the faulty TV STICK and that faulty remote, when I arrived at home, I tested it again trying to pair with the working remote, it is still not pairing.

I think XIAOMI and Incredible connections are cheating us, because their device broke during the warranty period and they played us avoiding to replace the faulty device. Incredible connection have ****med us on this one. I would appreciate if they would do a test infront of us, and if it works I would buy that remote, since I have another remote and it is not working, I fully believe that it is their device that is faulty it is not pairing with any device.
