Xbox series controller

Hi ,so bought a xbox controller from incredible coruption new market mall, got it last year August, got stick drift took it back for warranty and they tell me i need to phone someone to come to my house to do the repair on the controller instead of them just sorting it out so now i sit with a broken controller that cot me R1600
