I went to the Menlyn branch to get an XBOX One FIFA special as advertised. They said they were out of stock so I got a \Promise"voucher...which states \""we are sorry we didn't have the advertised product you came in for. This voucher records our promise to contact you as we receive your chosen product.\"" So I asked does that mean they would honour the special when the units arrived. \""Yes\"" I was told.<br> <br> The period of the special came and went and ...no call. So I called them. One excuse after another and finally Aubrey (the salesman) told me the product has been discontinued and they cannot supply! Really?
