Xbox One + Fifa 16

Hi there,<br> <br> I placed an order for the Xbox One + Fifa 16 Bundle @ R3999 online with the delivery option to collect in-store. The order was successfully placed and I received a confirmation email.<br> <br> Subsequently, the order was updated to AWAITING STOCK. Neither the store not the websiteorder email address could advise when stock will be available or whether they will be able to honour to price.<br> <br> The call-centre is also not answering their phones. <br> <br> This entire experience has not been great, and I feel that Incredible is not honouring their incredible experience commitment. <br> <br> Please can I have this escalated to management, as the people on the ground cannot provide me any assistance.<br> <br> Thanks<br> John
