Wrong Order, Unresponsive

Absolutely terrible. Company should be shut down and JD should remove them from their brand as this company is hurting their name.

Received the incorrect package on the 9th of December. Our complaint has been escalated multiple times since but we have heard absolutely nothing from customer service. I am tired of being told my complaint is being escalated because it clearly inst urgent enough that Incredible Connection is robbing us of our money.

This company has lost a customer and will have its name smeared for as long as I live. I will not allow anyone else struggle like this.
