Wrong machine sold/ bad aftersales service

My band new printer that I used for 5 months was taken back for repairs, its now 4 weeks and they have not started the repairs at the centre. I told the salesman I need a printer for photos he recommended this one and now the repair centre says he should never have recommended this one as it cloggs up. I will mabe get it back in 6 weeks. such bad service.
