Wrong lap top charger, very bad service

Incredible connection cradle stone (Brian) sold me an incorrect lap top charger. I got home and the computer was not charging fast enough. I Missed a few meetings because of this. I sent someone to return the charger and get cash back or get the correct charger. I was told I will have to pay a penalty fee of 15%. after driving to the place twice which is costly and missing a few meetings i had to pay 15% on top. This is not acceptable and it's a very bad service. I will never buy from any incredible connection again and will rather buy from take a lot / amazon or alibaba.
