Wrong and incorrect stock

I order a DSTV Explora2 with LNB combo from the online store, but when the delivery took place on the 4th September i only received a Decoder, since if have lodged complaint after complaint with the call center got my *** and till today no LNB received phoned numerous times and now they say the number does not exist this is really bad. this was escalated to top management as per them and even transferred to the Fourways Branch with no luck. i need to get and answer or my stock that i paid for. they even state they called back 3 times and i have no record of this call on my cell. can this be sorted before COB today 12 September, if not please call me on ********** 411 to arrange my money back i am not going to deal with an incompitant company any longer
