worst sevrice ever by a not so incredibe connection

<p>so i made an online purchase and got a 10 day delivery date, i then recieved a mail stating that my order has been processed. After the due date still no dlivery, i then call the call centre and they tell me my order is with Fedex so i get a tracking number, ok i call Fedex, give them my tracking no and they say that number has never been used before so i call the call centre again and they say i should call the Fourways branch which i do, so the online manager at that branch (Hendrick) tells me that they did not issue cause they did not have stock available but that i should go to the greenstone branch and he will sort it out, i get there at Greenstone waiting on this Henddrick guy but he is nowhere to be found and has not done the necesarry paperwork. all this in the space of in the space of 5 days after the 10 day period has laspe, relly pathetic service incredible connection Fourways branch and team</p>
