Worst service. Worst delivery. Will I ever get my item? Who knows

My boyfriend ordered my birthday present on the 30th of March. It was non-essential so I waited. No complaints. Then all online purchases are allowed half way through May, so I contact them to ask when I should expect my parcel. Well they say they have a backlog but will PRIORITISE orders placed in lockdown. So I wait. Then I see that orders of other non essential goods are being delivered within a matter of days after order all over their facebook page when mine doesn't even change from ordered successfully. No one wants to explain why. No one wants to reply. Still no change and we sitting on 2 months. Completely disrespectful and false advertising
