Worst service provider Ever

I purchased a fitBit fitness tracker online from Incredible connections on 19 December 2019. To this day i have not received any confirmation that my order was processed or when it would be delivered. I have sent numerous emails and made many calls to the call centre who give empty promises of a call back. This is the first and last time i buy anything from Incredible Connection.
