worst service ive ever experienced, hands down!

<p>I have never ever experience service this bad, I ordered 30k worth of goods 2 weeks ago selecting next day delivery! I have raised 3 complaints, all with promises to get back to me by management have never happened. I have been told by numerous staff the order is being packed, and that i would be contacted daily. I am fully aware how ecommerce sites work as we currently run our own successfully, you guys are TERRIBLE at what you do! I am still waiting for an order cancellation and refund as you cannot even do that properly! Shame on you</p>
