Worst service from incredible connexion from white guy

My husband bought a brand new Lenovo laptop today 22 Oct 2020 from incredible connexions in somerset mall. We had to set up the laptop and wasn't sure on the one setting as we didn't want to press something that might be wrong. We took it in so that they can help or assist us with the setup, to which we were told they charge R300 ?? I only needed advise on 1 setup and the big fat white male there wasn't friendly at all just said:" well sorry I can't help you and you have to pay R300 for the setup" I told him I only needed assistance on 1 thing but rude and not very customer friendly or willing to help!!! I mean we paid R7000 cash for the laptop and this is the service you get for just one question??? This is the worst place ever and I will never recommend anyone to incredible connexion somerset mall ever!!!! They have no customer service at that store !!!
