Worst service & false advertising

Hi i desperately need your help. i have had the worst expirience from Incredible connection. i placed my oder on the 24th of Nov 2019, even now im still waiting. a certain male from them called me claiming they dont know how i didn't recive my oder & that they are sorting it out. hours later they send emails claiming my oder is on the way but it hasn't come yet. im so hurt because they took my money so quick and essy yet fail to deliver on the 2-5 days delivery promise. They failed me so bad, as a result i lost customers because of this... My oder number is #*** Please help me guys, i need my oder as in TODAY. Please help me
