Worst service ever, no product, no refund

This has gone beyond unacceptable. My order was due for delivery on 20 December. It never arrived, and to this day, I’ve received zero communication from Incredible Connection. No update, no apology, no accountability.

I’ve chased this repeatedly and been met with empty promises, contradictory timelines, and robotic responses that lead nowhere. Your turnaround times are a joke, and your customer service is a masterclass in deflection and delay.

This was a gift, and you’ve not only failed to deliver the product—you’ve failed to deliver even basic respect to your customer.

I want my refund, not another vague assurance or “note left for finance.” You’ve had more than enough time.

This company is a farce, the telephone number for your customer service doesnt even work, it has to be dialled 10 times before it even rings!

I don’t know what your recruitment process is but the "incompetence" or lackluster attitude of staff is staggering.

You’ve failed to deliver a product, failed to deliver service, and failed to deliver even basic respect to your customers. .
