Worst service ever from Incredible Connection

The most horrific service. I placed an order online ***) and used the Incredible Connection Tracker - which is not incredible but terrible. It shows that my package has been at the courier for days. I phone the call centre at ***and spoke to Alexis von Louw who was unprofessional and to say the least unhelpful. When she did not want to answer my questions, she dropped the call. She gave me the courier number, Skynet, whom I phoned several times, but they have no such a package on the tracker number provided. I paid Incredible Connection, who appointed the courier of their choice, it seems as if Incredible Connection cannot be concerned about the package at all - especially not after the money left my account for theirs. Shocking service - underserving of even one star
