Worst service ever from incredible connection

Worst service ever!!!! I bought my little brother a birthday present a R750 playstation voucher on the 16th and still have not received the full amount only received R500 when I have contacted then 100 times via chat and phone and email no one has called me back or gotten back to me they have just told me to wait how much longer does this wait have to be it's way past his birthday and he is unable to buy the game he wanted and is still waiting for an answer a refund or something to fall from the sky most likely because incredible connection just keep telling him to wait. Monday will be 10 days 10 days for a flippen system generated core that should take a hour or so!!!!! Worst service ever when asking for a manager they just give a different number to phone from department to department.
