Worst service ever !!

Went to incredible connections wanted to purchase a Accer laptop (R9999.99) and a Sumsang A30s which would have been a 1000 rand the following day and we were advised that was highly impossible, went back today to purchase Accer laptop and the was no service at all ,was finally helped by a gentleman called Hartley after standing with no assistance for more than 15 minutes we went and asked for help ,whom advised that the bought laptop has a screen writer pen which only discovered when paying it does not have one ,he has no knowledge of products at all ,he advises incorrectly all the time ,at the pay point a lady by the name of Mogafi advised us firstly how she doeant want to be there and hates her job ,before passing that negativity towards us with attitude ,the staff in that shop are all not willing to help af all even the security lady walks with attitude playing games on her phone the service was appualing and Hartley advised that due to the laptop's being locked in a cage we will have to wait .
