Worst service ever!!!!

I have opened an account for credit with Incredible Connections Kolonnade, I ordered a machine & it took forever to get sent from the warehouse to the store for me to collect. I needed the machine urgently & had to cancel the whole deal. I sent through all the necessary documents on 08/02/2023 & till today this was not cancelled. I keep getting statements from them to pay my account, they even deducted money off my account, but I have not taken any product from them. Still struggling & it's been almost 2 months & still no one is assisting me. They just do not care. Will never do business with them again.
