Worst service ever

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from "Incredible Connection" (https://www.incredible.co.za?utm_source=chatgpt.com) regarding an online order placed on the 30th of last month.

We ordered 4 items in total. To date, only 3 items have been delivered, while the final item has still not been released by the warehouse. Today is already the 13th of the following month, and despite numerous calls, complaints, escalations, and even attempting to get assistance via Facebook, we continue to receive the same generic response: “Please wait.”

The latest feedback provided was: “Please note the query is still in progress and you will be notified once feedback is available.”

This matter has been ongoing for far too long with no proper resolution, no clear communication, and no estimated delivery date. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up for an order that has already been paid for.

We are simply requesting that Incredible Connection urgently release and deliver the outstanding item or provide a proper explanation and immediate resolution.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
