Worst service ever!

Very very very poor online purchase service. Status will say your order is with the courier and when you contact the courier they confirm that your tracking number does not exist, they do not have your order. I did not even receive an invoice until i made a follow up days later! All they will tell you is that they will log a complaint and a consultant will contact you, which never happens! I don't even believe i will get my refund...very frustrating if you ask me.
