Worst service ever

Ive booked my phone in on the 4th of Dec 2023 for repair which was still under warrenty. Firat they cant find the warranty. Then i was told on the day it takes 14 to 20 business days for the repair which would've been on the 3rd Jan 2024. Still no phone. Phoned up and down send numerous emails and still no phone on the 8th Jan 2024 i was told the phone was dispatch which will take 3 to 5 business days which was today. Phone and send again numerous emails and calls today and stull no phone and now they say they referred it to head office. I will never but never buy anything at incredible connection.
