Worst service ever

Online purchase of a desk on 2 December 2021 has turned into a nightmare. Delivery was not scheduled by Incredible or their courier so he left without delivering. I eventually drove after him hours later and got desk. Unpacked it, and its damaged. Have been ringing Call Centre, leaving messages for people, escalating but nobody coming back with solution, or rectification approach. Shocking service. Call Centre agents are clueless and management DOES NOT CARE!!!!!!
