Worst service ever

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I placed an order online on 24th April which has still not been picked, nor cancelled despite several calls and email requests to do so

I now have a direct contact to deal with my issue but that individual is not responding to any of my emails either. Essentially, you have 'borrowed'my funds whilst debating whether or not to deliver my order.
