Worst service ever!!!!!

I ordered on the 30th of November. I got an sms that they’ll deliver on 4th of December, I took leave from work for my delivery which never came. I called their customer service to logged a complaint, they gave me a reference number but when I follow up they’re busy hanging up on me. This happened more than 3 times, in this moment and time I will highly appreciate my money back. They don’t take their customers serious.
