Worst service ever

I ordered a PS3 controller for my son. Package came last week Thursday, but it was the incorrect item. I phoned customer care, but they could not log a complaint. I emailed, but received no reply. I chatted with Zac online and afterwards received an email from Zimkhita Nkanunu with a complaint reference number. On Saturday morning I called customer care again and was assured that they did receive my “complaint”. It is now Tuesday and I am still waiting on feedback. This is by far the absolute worst service I have received from any online service ever.
