Worst service ever

<p>I took my laptop in about a month ago fpr repairs at incredible connection. The laptop came with accidental warranty so this meant that if I dropped it or anything it would get fixed for free. They took it in and said it would take 2 weeks to repair. I went on what that guy said and I waited 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks I went back to check if the laptop was ready. No it wasnt. They tell me that it hasnt been approved by headoffice or something and I have to wait another week. They guy also said he will calls me on monday to let me know whats happening. So I wait and no phone call. We go back after another week and the laptop is still not repaired and I asked why no one called. They guy wastes our time by calling the insurance company to find out what the hold up is, but he should have done this on the monday. Then they tell us after a week it should be ready and we will call you on monday, again. So we wait and no one calls. I go to them on the 16 June 2017 and the guy tells me its not ready. How can yoy keep customers waiting so long when you promise it will be done by a certain time. I think your service is ridiculous due to the fact that you dont call customers back and you dont know customer service at all. Im still waiting for my laptop to be done. I got told monday the 19 June 2017. Lets see if incredible connection can actually get things done.</p>
