Worst service ever

<p>Hi there.</p> <p>I placed an order on black Friday for a external hard drive. Up to today I have not yet received the item. I have sent you an email but sadly did not receive a reply. I then tried phoning you and again no one answered. It has been more than two weeks and my tolerance is coming to an end. Please attend to this matter urgently.</p>
