Worst service delivery from incredible connection

I ordered a mobile device online on the 25th November 2020... delivery was expected 5-10 working days...till date their online tracking system doesn't work ,I've called several times daily and was told someone would contact me regarding where my parcel is or what's the cause of delay ...up till now no one has made any attempt ...their online service is poor and *********,weeks have gone by with still no response...I've been told my complaint has been escalated to the manager...how true that is ,I would not know.... I'm really frustrated because when I made a payment,they were too quick to take the cash ,now I must hustle for the product I purchased... responsible persons needs to do their jobs!!!!
