Worst service and lost money

<p>In January I bought an Acer cellphone worth R5000 from incredible connections wonderpark Pretoria north.After 2 weeks it stopped working for no reason,went back to the store with my receipt and after a long argument ended getting a new MIU phone from them for R3 900...I didn't get my change back due to the "store policy".I left the country and left it with my mother on the 21st February only for its 2 buttons to stop working after 2 months.She went back to the store on the 2nd May.The person who was supposed to help her refused and was extremely harsh to her to the point that he suggested that she takes in to the Chinese shop so they fix it for her..how do the Chinese get involved when the store's guarantee is 6months.According to thisThabiso Molefe man my mother had to pay R450 so the suppliers can come get the phone.On Friday 17th May she got the call from Incredible Connection expecting R1600 for the phone because apparently now the screen is not working,yet there was absolutely nothing wrong with it when they received it. I don't understand why they keep expecting more money and yet continue to bully customers on top of that.Something has to be done cos that phone was sentimental to my mother as I'll be gone for a while.</p>
