Worst service

Worst service ever bought a washing machine the end of November 2024 product was deliver 2 weeks later. We unpacked the machine and there was a dent on the side Im 100% sure they knew about this before they delivered the product after a lot of phone calls and emails, they exchange the machine 5 weeks later, received the machine on Friday 18 January 2025 worst than the first machine, they send me a display unit that is full of scratches and scuff you can see it was a demo product. I paid for a new machine not a display one, this is just unacceptable!!!!!!
